PureSecured Server Management Service (SMS)



PureSecured SMS is a service designed to ensure optimal continued performance of Check Point Firewall systems. This is achieved by placing a regular maintenance and management regime that keeps a regular eye on system performance, and performs the common administrative tasks required to "tune" the system and keep both the firewall and management systems operating optimally.

PureSecured SMS also puts into place a structure for performing the common administrative tasks that often get overlooked in a busy networking and systems environment. System health and logs are checked regularly, and anomolous log activity summarised in a weekly report so that support staff can quickly and easily identify systems which may have trojans, worms, spyware or viruses attempting to propogate through the network. Regular configuration backups are also taken and stored offsite, removing the administrative and occasionally sensitive burden of firewall system backups from the administrators.

PureSecured Updates and reports are sent through a secured WebMail client, accessible through the PureSecured homepage. All data to and from PureSecurity is secured and encrypted, which means that sensitive configuration and log report information is never exposed to outside influences.

PureSecured SMS also includes 4 days of onsite consulting, one day a quarter. This can be used for Hotfixes and System Upgrades, technical support issues, network vulnerability assessment, product consulting or any other issues that are relevant to your business. Email support for Firewall and Security issues is also provided as a part of the service - think of us as your resident on-call security expert!

    • Apply Hotfixes, patches and version upgrades
